SYNERGY HomeCare of North East Chicago is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team , Sarah and Raisul Chowdhury, two business and data-oriented professionals passionate about helping people in need of quality in-home care.
Together, the couple and their team of caregivers primarily serve the Lincoln Park area as well as Hyde Park, Logan Square, Lakeview, Wicker Park, and other communities in Northeast Chicago. Their services range from companion care to personal care to specialized care for people living with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery.
Raisul and Sarah both hold master’s degrees in Business Administration, providing the duo with extensive knowledge of how to successfully run a business. Raisul brings a dynamic and operationally focused perspective, drawing upon his previous business ownership experience. Sarah comes from a background in healthcare data analytics which has provided her with plenty of knowledge on the current trends of the industry, in addition to her natural sense of compassion and unwavering customer-centric mindset.
The Chowdhurys pride themselves on promoting a “culture of care”, a company philosophy that showcases their belief in fostering an inclusive and caring environment geared towards achieving common goals and objectives.
Raisul and Sarah believe it is a privilege to make a difference in people’s lives as their passion for helping families in need is what first inspired them to get into home care. Their charitable nature extends to their duties at the Bengali Association of Greater Chicago, where they promote community outreach programs for health awareness, health education, and group counseling. The Chowdhurys are dedicated to serving and engaging with the local South East Asian community of Greater Chicago.
SYNERGY HomeCare of North East Chicago provides a wide range of non-medical care options. Companion care includes assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, and other tasks that allow clients to live independently. Personal care provides assistance with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and other activities of daily life.
